Arcaplanet consolidates its leadership in Italian pet care with the acquisition of three new specialized brands

Arcaplanet , a leader in pet care with over 2.6 million loyal customers and a network of more than 600 pet stores nationwide, announces the acquisition of Hobby Zoo , Green Pet , and Miele Srl , chains of specialized pet stores in the Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige, and Marche regions. This strategic acquisition adds 10 new stores to the network , further strengthening the company’s growth strategy and its presence as a key player in the Italian pet care market.

The three companies are characterized by their strong presence and specialization in the pet sector. Specifically, the transaction includes the acquisition of Hobby Zoo’s five stores located in Veneto (Belluno, Feltre, Agordo, Sedico) and Trentino-Alto Adige (Fiera di Primiero), the Green Pet store in Veneto (Verona), and Miele Srl’s four Fidomania stores in the Marche region (Pesaro Flaminia, Pesaro Della Robbia, Pesaro Largo Ascoli, Fano).

The acquisition of these three companies helps strengthen Arcaplanet’s local presence, as it continues its growth in the pet care sector, pursuing its goal of offering the best shopping experience, combining a wide range of products and convenience with constant care and attention to pet well-being.
