The Urban Store format, first piloted in Copenhagen in 2023, was developed by the Fressnapf Store Design Team to meet modern consumer habits.
The layout emphasizes convenience and digital integration, offering:
- Click & Collect services for quick pickups
- Fast delivery via the Wolt platform
- Digital shelf extensions to expand available inventory beyond physical space
This approach allows city dwellers to combine in-store experience with online flexibility, enhancing the company’s omnichannel retail ecosystem.
