Overland Park, Kansas — November 2025. Global leader in science-led pet nutrition, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, has officially announced the expansion of its business footprint in Kansas, unveiling a new global and U.S. headquarterslocated at 618 Sprint Parkway in the Aspiria Campus, Overland Park. The company’s original Topeka headquarters will continue to serve as its global hub for research, innovation, and manufacturing.
The new Hill’s headquarters, designed by Perspective Architecture + Design (PAD) and built by McCownGordon Construction, represents a state-of-the-art transformation of a formerly vacant campus building. The site has earned both LEED Gold Certification and the distinction of being the first WELL Platinum-certified building in Kansas, marking a new benchmark for sustainable design and employee wellness in the region.

Every detail of the new facility reflects Hill’s commitment to its people, pets, and planet. The campus features pet-friendly workspaces, indoor and outdoor dog parks, and flexible collaboration zones designed to foster creativity and teamwork. From mother’s rooms and gender-neutral restrooms to coffee bars, rest lounges, and training centers, the space embodies inclusivity and innovation.
Hill’s executives emphasized that employee well-being and pet inclusion were key priorities throughout the design process. The new headquarters aims to merge sustainability with pet-friendly functionality, reinforcing the company’s 75-year heritage of advancing pet health through science and compassion.
The building’s open-plan offices, collaborative lounges, and bright, natural interiors support productivity while celebrating Hill’s culture of connection — between employees, their pets, and their shared mission.
As Hill’s Pet Nutrition continues to grow globally, this move underscores its commitment to creating a future-ready, wellness-focused workspace that aligns with its scientific purpose: to enrich and extend the special bond between people and pets.
